How do ratings and reviews work?

After a booking is completed, the customer can give the mistri a rating from 1 to 5 stars and an optional written review. Each booking can be reviewed once.
Reviews are shown on the mistri's profile. They must be honest and respectful — we remove fake, abusive or irrelevant reviews.
