What do the booking statuses mean?

- Pending — your request is waiting for a mistri to accept it or for you to accept a quote.
- Accepted — a mistri has been hired and the job is scheduled.
- In progress — the work has started.
- Completed — both you and the mistri have confirmed the work is done.
- Cancelled / Declined — the booking was cancelled by the customer or declined by the mistri.
- Suspended — our team has paused the booking while we look into an issue.
