How do I cancel a booking?

Open the booking from My Bookings and tap Cancel. You can cancel while the booking is Pending or Accepted. If a mistri was already assigned, they are notified straight away.

Once the work is In progress it can no longer be cancelled in the app. If something has gone wrong, please contact support with your booking ID.

Please cancel as early as you can — repeated last-minute cancellations may restrict your account.
